What to expect
You will be coached and evaluated throughout the entire training camp and first week of practice. You may have media interviews, meetings with coaches and multiple practices throughout training camp. Coaches will evaluate players throughout training camp and can make cuts if necessary at any time. Players please understand that you are still competing against the other players drafted to your team and we will not keep an unrealistic number of players at any position. For example, a team will not move into the season with 20 Running backs or 30 Wide receivers and will make cuts to accommodate their roster.
If you are not cut during training camp, prepare to live in the West Bloomfield/ Pontiac area of Michigan for the next 3 weeks following training camp. We encourage all players to pack light if you are traveling because you will be living in shared dormitory style housing if you need housing. Please only bring 1 suitcase. You do not have to stay in our league housing if you do not want too and can live wherever you choose. Housing will be provided free to any player that earns a performance-based incentive on a per-week basis after the first game. If a player does not earn a performance-based incentive than he will have to pay $15 a day to remain in league provided housing. All players living in league provided housing must pay $15 a day through training camp and the first week of the season which will include the entire training camp. We also encourage all out of state players to drive if possible because their will not be transportation provided to camp or practice.

Players can bring their own shoulder pads and helmet if they meet current safety requirements for game use.
